Dilara Akülke graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a Bachelor of Science degree in  Landscape Architecture. Between 2013-2015, she provided project design and consultancy services in a company that made real estate investments in the Historical Peninsula of Istanbul. By the year 2016 she started to work as a landscape architect and project manager in public and private landscape projects of various scale and typologies at different leader landscape design offices of Turkey. Except with her office life, sh also carried out various landscape design and construction projects as a freelance landscape architect between 2015-2022 and took part in more than ninety projects during her career. With the experience and interest she gained especially in construction drawings and project- specific detail solutions, she made great contributions to the holistic execution of the projects from concept to construction drawings also by providing the coordination of the engineering teams. She gave lectures at Istanbul Technical University's Department of Landscape Architecture as a guest attender and still she has been taking part in various landscape project juries. She won awards by participating in public space competitions with offices she worked. She continues to transfer her experience in streams and water management, transformation of industrial areas, design of public spaces, planting design, nature protection, landscape restoration, sustainable and ecological approaches as a co-founder landscape architect at BASED Landscape Architecture’s projects with great passion. In addition, she still works her research on “Meaning in Landscape Architecture” which she started within the scope of Landscape Architecture Master Program of Istanbul Technical University.

Tümer Keser graduated from  Kabatas High School in 2008. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture. During his undergraduate education, he worked in the production & field department of   many music festivals and art events. He started working on temporary spaces and structures during his undergraduate education, and as of 2016, he realized many projects with global brands at BARN arch., of which he was a founding partner. He included concepts such as atmosphere design and scenography, time-space in his architectural projects of different scales with an experimental approach. Transferring all this experience and excitement to BASED, which was established in 2022, he is developing a new word in the relationship between nature and plasticity in landscape projects.

Ağacan Bahadır graduated from Ted Zonguldak College in 2009. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a Bachelor of science degree in Architecture. After BSc education worked on various kind of scaled projects and  structures specialized in detail solutions, site applications and construction management. As a co-founder of BARN arch. after 2016 he succeed works on reconsidering the usage area of materials according to their characters and also developing 1/5 detail solutions of them with their identities. He is continuing his reexamination of living and non-living units coalesce in different scaled works with BASED Landscape Architecture until 2022 benefitting the knowledge of materials, details and construction.
